Universe Now Twice as Bright

I don’t know about you, but does it seem brighter at night? Probably not, but according to some recent study, dust and other matter block out a fairly large portion of the light in the universe(50%). I don’t really understand what this means for astronomy, but it still is pretty cool!

Astronomers tell us of very cool things that they think happen in the universe based on theoretical proofs, but rarely do we see the visual evidence. For example, we know that stars explode, but we don’t get to see it happen. But now that is not the case. Here is an article with photos with just that happening!
