Apollo Project and Contact Manager Comes out of Beta

Today I got an e-mail from the Apollo developers that they have finally come out of beta with their integrated Project and Contact Management system. I signed up during the beta.

They have spent some time working on the UI, and from what I can see, it looks pretty nice. Here are some screenshots for your viewing pleasure!

Here is the pricing structure. They seem to be targeting small to medium businesses, and the Solo package doesn’t get much promotion as you can see at the bottom of the page. I am sure the plans are priced competitively for the features they offer, but they are a bit over my budget. Using GTD, I usually have 15-20 projects on the go at one time, so the Solo plan for $14/month would barely cover my Project Management needs, and the Basic plan only gives you 3 additional projects. A different type of product than what my needs are, but one that is launching with a bit of fan-fare…

Have you used Apollo yet? If so, what are your thoughts about it? How is their support and listening to their users?

I have to say that they are VERY good to their beta testers, as they are offering a life time 30% discount to them. A very nice touch, and perhaps a sign of things to come!

Go try out the free 30 day trial at Apollo.

  1. I looked at that picture of the organizer and actually went “Uh oh!”..then thankfully noticed you were talking about price structure. Honestly, I am so glad this wasn’t free, I’d be wanting to get this too, when I still haven’t tried the RTM!!!
